What is an exchange?
Artists and writers sign up to be assigned a giftee like for a secret santa. After your assignment, you have ~5 weeks time to create something with the minimum requirements.
At the end, you will post your work in our anonymous collection for some more suspense!How exactly does the sign-up/matching work?
Upon sign-up you will fill in a form with your wishes & prompts you'd (not) like to receive and create.
During match-up, we will find the perfect matches for you, so you will receive something you'll look forward to as well as have fun creating a gift for your giftee.Who is allowed to sign up?
Everybody can join! It doesn't matter if you are younger or older than 18, an artist or a writer. This is all about having fun and gifting each other a little something. As well as bulking up that Miruko tag on AO3.Is this exchange SFW?
We allow SFW and NSFW works, however minors are not allowed to create or receive NSFW! Our discord server has a separate NSFW area, too. All other areas are SFW.I don't like certain content, what if I see it on the server/during the exchange?
This event is against any form of harassment. If you don't like certain types of fan work, you are more than welcome to block people/mute channels and to curate your own experience.
However, we encourage participants to tag and spoiler accordingly if there is any need to.What if my giftee's prompts make me uncomfortable/I don't like the prompts?
We will try to match you with somebody who's wishes align with your own. You don't have to use all prompts/wishes though, one is enough to take into account.Do I need to join the server?
No. You decide for yourself if you want to join; all assignments, check-ins, etc. will be sent by e-mail.Do I need an AO3 account?
Yes. In order to participate in the anonymous posting period, you will need an AO3 account.How do I post to an anonymous collection?
Closer to the posting period, we will send out instructions for you to follow and we will also be available on discord if you need help!

Exchange Guidelines

1. SFW and NSFW works are allowed, however only adults will make and receive NSFW works2. All creators must remain anonymous until the big day of the reveal.3. You must provide a working e-mail address, joining the discord server is optional4. If you have to drop, please let us know! You don't have to feel guilty, life is messy and that's good. However, please tell us so we can assign a pinch hitter to your giftee.
